A little bit about me...
My decision to train as a therapist came when I sought therapy myself because I needed to talk to someone about how stuck I felt within a significant relationship and I couldn’t see a way forward. My counsellor helped me to work through these difficulties and work out what I needed for myself and from the relationship. Knowing the difference counselling made to my life inspired me to work with people who are struggling and feeling overwhelmed and offer support in helping them to find their way to healthier, more meaningful relationships.
