My decision to train as a counsellor came when I sought therapy myself because I needed to talk to someone about how stuck I felt within a significant relationship and I couldn’t see a way forward. My counsellor helped me to work through these difficulties and work out was it was I needed for myself and from the relationship. Knowing the difference counselling made to my life inspired me to work with people who are struggling and feeling overwhelmed and offer support in helping them to find their way to healthier, more meaningful relationships.
As well as my private practice, I have experience counselling for Kingston Women’s Centre and the NHS. Clients I see are from diverse backgrounds and have sought counselling for wide range of difficulties including:
If you can identify with any of these difficulties, contact me and we can talk to see how I can help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
