I have helped people, and can help you, to make life decisions, cope with relationship difficulties, and the challenges that life presents. I will work with you to find the balance needed to face these challenges. Through our work together, we will discover your inner strengths, empowering you to make positive changes. You are making the first steps already and I offer a free introductory phone call where I can answer any questions or concerns you have. Our initial session is an opportunity for us to gain a sense of how we can work together and whether you feel I am the right therapist for you - there is no obligation. We will talk about the difficulties you are experiencing, what you would like to get from counselling and how I can support your needs.

This is a free phone consultation where you can ask me any questions you may have about counselling and how I work. I can also get an understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing and how I can support your needs. During this call we can book your initial session.

03.

During the initial session, we will talk through what has brought you to counselling, what you want focus on and the changes you want to make. This is also an opportunity for you to get a feel of how we will work together. If you want me to be your counsellor, we will agree a day and time to meet weekly.
