On the outside do you appear confident, outgoing, happy, successful but on the inside, it feels so different? Are fears of making wrong decisions, failure or rejection holding you back? Maybe you aren’t sure what you want, you just know something is missing.

It can be really hard asking for help; I appreciate how uncomfortable and awkward it can feel. Perhaps you are thinking:
I’ve got it good compared to everyone else and shouldn’t complain.
I don’t want to burden anyone else with my problems.
I should be able to do this on my own.
I don’t deserve it, other people have real problems.

How Can I Help?

You are making the first steps already and I offer a free introductory phone call where I can answer any questions or concerns you have. Our initial session will be an opportunity for us to get a sense of how we may work together and whether you feel I am the right therapist of you - there is no obligation. We will talk about the difficulties you are experiencing, what you would like to get from counselling and how I can support your needs.
